This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. Quantum energy healing is the science of returning the systems of the body to a healthy balance, unblocking the innate natural healing capabilities of the body and relieving stress, mental, physical and emotional.
It works by regulating the automatic nervous system. A strong and healthy body relies on this system working well and harmoniously, As a result of our modern lifestyle, we often live in a state of constant hyper alertness, weakening our ability to relax. Our ability to relax greatly influences our health.

Energy Healing can be combined with EFT, balancing meridians, bodywork, ancestral healing, trauma release, breathwork and/or somatic movement.

It's important to note that under the main umbrella of the word Breathwork, there are so many different styles of breathing available that deliver various results. There is a breathing pattern for minimizing stress and anxiety, there is one for stimulating energy when feeling sluggish and tired. And then, of course, there is meditation type breathing pattern to help you get into your Zen space.
If we can just practice a mindful breathing pattern for a few breaths, we can literally shift our mood and energy within minutes. How this happens is two-fold, one is the spiritual, holistic reason and the other is scientific.
By controlling our breath, we can willfully influence the brain and the autonomic nervous system and literally change our mind-body state. By changing the pattern of our breathing, we change the pattern of the information being sent to the brain.
In other words, how often, how fast, and how much you inflate your lungs directly affects the brain and how it operates.
Breathing affects every organ, system, and function in the body. Every physiological, psychological, and emotional state has a corresponding breathing pattern.
When you change one, the other changes. Therefore, Conscious Breathing techniques have the potential to transform the quality of your life on every level.
Breathwork assists with healing on every level. It assists in mind empowerment, anxiety relief, clarity, creativity renewal, pain release, trauma healing and heart opening. Breathing may be used to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, help with grief, and PTSD as well as stress-related medical problems, such as inflammatory bowel disease and so much more.
The main breathwork I lead is Conscious Connected breathing, done through the mouth. This method can put you into a bit of a mind-altered state and/or simply a deeply connected, mindful place where openness and clarity are readily available.

Breathwork Sessions can be combined with energy healing, somatic movement and/or bodywork.

I love Breathwork so much because of the simplicity and the instantaneous results. It brings a full sense of connection, empowerment and renewal within yourself.
You are in control of your journey and you will release only what you are ready to let go of.

Life Coaching for Children and Parents
Individual or Group Settings
Help your child develop a mindset for happiness, confidence, and success in their lives. We can design a program specifically for your little one. Some children are in need of more group connectedness and others need that time for inner reflection. Again I will take a holistic approach discussing topics of fear, anxiety, failure, OCD or ADHD, peer pressure, self-esteem, managing change, nutrition, fitness, mindset, and self-talk. Parents receive background information, coaching tips, activities and review sheets that you can use to practice a particular skill – and they only take 5 minutes or less!
Mindful Movement and Breathing for Kids!
Individual or Group Settings
Empower your child by helping them become more mindful of their bodies, breath and emotions.
Children love these classes! They learn tools to help them identify emotions within the body and movements and breath to help express those emotions in a safe way!
